WP4 Coordination team has established a WP4 repository, entitled “CHM in vitro pharmacology database“, which includes quality scores as well as the molecular mechanism evaluations. The user can view total number of papers under each main section (i.e. disease etc), expand the main section to view the sub-sections (i.e. particular diseases names), and choose a title to directly see the associated paper details. For each paper, a “general quality score” and a “relevance score for TCM” are also given. The scoring procedures are described in the WP4 deliverable D4.6, which can be found under the deliverables section of the website.
