1. The 12th Teleconference of the GP-TCM RA Board of Directors was held at 9:00-11:00 GMT = 10:00-12:00 CET = 17:00-19:00 Beijing Time = 20:00-22:00 Sydney local time, Monday 13thJanuary 2014.
Attendees: Rudi Bauer (Chair), Kelvin Chan, Tai-Ping Fan, Aiping Lu*, Nicky Robinson, Vivian Wong, Rob Verpoorte, Qihe Xu (Minutes).
Apologies were received from Pierre Duez, Peter Hylands, De-an Guo and Monique Simmonds and written reports were received from De-an, Peter and Pierre.
The meeting approved Minutes of the 11th BoD teleconference (9th of December 2013) and received reports from President (Rudolf Bauer), Vice President (Qihe Xu), Secretary-General (Tai-Ping Fan), as well as written reports by President-elect (De-an Guo) and Treasurer (Peter Hylands) and Board members such as Vivian Wong on successful grant application and other activities in Hong Kong promoting integrative medicine. The meeting especially focused on the official announcements, abstract submission form, conference grants of the 3rd Annual Conference to be held in Nanjing on 18th-20th July 2014, professional management of the Association, membership service, preparation of GP-TCM RA elections, Interest Group business and grant application under Horizon 2020.
