The 9th BoD Teleconference was held at 9:00-11:00 BST = 10:00-12:00 CEST = 16:00-18:00 Beijing Time = 18:00-20:00 Sydney local time, Monday 1st July 2013.
Attendees: Rudi Bauer (Chair), Kelvin Chan, Pierre Duez, Tai-Ping Fan, De-an Guo, Peter Hylands, Nicky Robinson, Vivian Wong and Qihe Xu (Minutes).
Apologies were received from Aiping Lu, Monique Simmonds and Rob Verpoorte.
The meeting approved Minutes of the 8th BoD teleconference (2nd of May 2013) and received reports from President (Rudolf Bauer), Vice Presidents (De-an, Qihe Xu), Secretary-General (Tai-Ping Fan) and Treasurer (Peter Hylands) and mainly focused on matters related to the 2nd Annual Meeting to be held in Graz.
