The GP-TCM congress will be a public meeting and will be organised to present the work and findings from the GP-TCM project after the final conference (closed meeting).

Date of the GP-TCM congress

The GP-TCM congress will be from April 15-18, 2012

Venue

The GP-TCM congress will take place in Leiden, The Netherlands. Leiden is located close to Schiphol airport (Amsterdam).

The venue for the final conference is “Gorlaeus Laboratories” at Leiden University.

1.4     Congress registration:

Registration starts at November 1^st, 2011. You can register yourself by filling in the registration form. All participants at the congress

are obliged to pay the registration fee. For students there will be some grants available covering (part of) the registration fee.

 

Registration fee includes:

Admission to all scientific lectures and poster sessions of the Congress

Congress package

Coffee breaks and lunches

Welcome reception in ‘Naturalis’

Historical walk through Leiden and reception in town hall.

 

Congress dinner is not included in the registration fee.

 

For both the reception in the town hall and the congress dinner is place for a maximum of 200 people. When you register yourself you can register yourself for one or both of these activities. People will be registered for these activities based on the order of registration, first come first served.

 

GP-TCM special issue of the Journal of Ethnopharmacology:

The special issue about the GP-TCM project will be open access. It is possible to order a hard copy of this issue for 60 euro.

A letter of confirmation, Students have to present a poster, early registration.

Confirmation of a place in the congress shall be effective only upon payment in EURO of the registration fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Delegates cancelling before 1^st January 2012 will receive a refund minus  20%  administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations from 1^st January 2012.
