Date of the final conference
The final conference will be from April 12-13, 2012
Arrival: Wednesday afternoon/evening 11th of April 2012
Leave: Saturday morning 14th of April 2012
Venue
The final conference will take place in Kerkrade, The Netherlands. Kerkrade is located close to Belgium and Germany and can be easily reached by public transport or car (for directions see travel information below). From Schiphol airport (Amsterdam) it is possible to travel by train to Kerkrade. Near Kerkrade are Maastricht–Aachen airport, Liège airport, and Düsseldorf airport.
The venue for the final conference is “Conference Centre Rolduc”.

The address of the Conference Centre is: Heyendallaan 82, 6464 EP Kerkrade. The directions you can find on the website of ‘Rolduc’.
When you travel from one of the airports to Kerkrade by train the website of the Nederlandse Spoorwegen or OV9292 can be useful. In case you come by car the website of the ANWB can be of help (this site is in Dutch).
Programme
The programme for the final meeting will be finalised in late 2011-early 2012 and announced here.
Costs
The accommodation costs for 100 people at the conference centre will be covered by the WP9 budget. For all beneficiaries the accommodation costs and travel costs will be settled from the available WP9 budget. The costs for non-beneficiaries will be further discussed case by case and, again, will be settled by the WP9 budget.
Invitations
Invitations for the final meeting will be sent out in September and October 2011.
